Our company was started in 2013 when founder Michael Rashow went into business for himself. We perceive the world of telecommunications as an industry on the rise and waste no opportunity keeping our techs well trained on new systems technologies that are constantly replacing obsolete systems. The spark that created Xsyscom first began when founder Michael Rashow joined his dad, an electrician, at work. He was only 10 years old and recalls with nostalgia the knowledge and experience he was privy to. As a result, Michael studied telecommunications college, and began work as a telecom tech in 2008. In 2013, motivated by his passionate belief he could provide a higher level of service to gain customer loyalty, Systems and Cabling Solutions was born. His efforts to create a unique, friendly client-vendor relationship are the foundation of our company today.

I have been working with Michael Rashow for the last five years on projects both small and large in scale. We have used Systems and Cabling Solutions for a few projects within the last year and have been very pleased. When you are working with low voltage and electrical projects any professional company you hire will be able to do the job per code and pass the inspections. We hired Systems and Cabling Solutions to move and consolidate our existing Internet and phone systems. After many years of continuously adding new systems, it was a mess of jumbled wires and cables. Mike showed me that some of the systems were not properly secured and someone could easily hit one of the cables and the system would go down. The transformation was amazing. Within the space of a few hours, Mike was able to organize and label all the wires. We were very pleased with the results and plan to use Systems and Cabling Solutions to clean up other areas as well in the future. We highly recommend them.
I have worked with Mike for almost 10 years on over a dozen projects at Wood Dale, Addison, Bloomingdale and Medinah Park Districts with his previous employer and now with his own company. Mike has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our camera systems and maintenance of those systems.
